Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers may cancel with no charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. If appointment is canceled after the 24 hour mark, the full service will be charged to the customer.
Please consider that your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. It is very difficult to fill that reserved time on short notice.
The cancellation fee is 100% of the service total fee. Unless otherwise determined, you may schedule a new appointment after the cancellation fee has been received.
There are no refunds on booking deposits. Your deposit may be transferred toward your next appointment if you need to reschedule your appointment with 24 hours or more notification.
